Please fill out the form below to express your interest in adopting from Chalky’s Cat Crusade.
All of our animals come with health records. They are dewormed & have age appropriate vaccinations. They are spayed/neutered, microchipped and are FIV/FeLV tested.
In order to be considered as an adopter you must:
* Be 21 years of age or older
* Have identification showing your present address
* Agree to a home check & veterinarian reference check
* Be able and willing to provide a permanent loving, safe and peaceful environment for this cat
*Agree to adhere to a proper introduction period to assure the safety and mental well being of the cat when acclimating him/her to new pets and your home (guidance will be given on how to do this)
* Be financially stable and willing to provide any necessary medical care including annual health screenings and blood tests
Once you have filled out an application, your application will be reviewed. If approved, we will contact you to schedule a meet and greet and home check. Adoption fee’s are due on the finalized adoption day.
Chalky’s Cat Crusade reserves the right to deny adoptions to anyone in order to find the most appropriate home for each cat.
